Riding BMX from 1981 and racing in regional cycle events until 1987 and in that year began riding freestyle BMX, competing in regional & national UKBFA freestyle contests around the country at an expert level up until 1991 also performing at demos and shows and public events around the Northwest. From 1988, working as a cycle mechanic at ABC cycles and Walvale cycles from 1988 - 91. In 2003 made a return to BMX, building wheels and bikes for amateur & professional riders and also working in cycles stores around the Northwest from 2005 - 06.  Continuing to this day, repairing and maintaining cycles for professional athletes and continuing to ride BMX at an Expert level.

Riding BMX from 1981 racing and competing in regional & national events from 1984 - 86. In 1986, left the racing scene to ride freestyle BMX, and from 1987 performing at demos and shows in schools, sports centres and public events across the Northwest and also in that year competing in regional & National amateur BMX contests and later began competing at an expert level in the regional & national UKBFA freestyle Championships & Bfa Champs of champs across the country until 1995 and still continuing today to ride BMX at a Expert level.

We have a combined experience of over 40 years in cycle repairs & maintenance and have been involved in cycle sports for just as long, and through all those years, we were customers of cycle stores ourselves, so, we know how frustrating it can be as a customer having to deal with some cycle stores.
