We will not pass on any details to any other parties. When you make an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. We also ask for your phone number, so that we can call notify you of your order status. Your credit card details are deleted after an order has been despatched. Payments to Customer Accounts
Hobson Cycles customer savings club is available all year round. Payments to the customer savings club can be made at anytime during shop opening hours and for any sum desired by the customer. All customers must be aware that all Payments made to a customers personal shop account are non-refundable as cash. Payments to personal accounts can only be redeemed as store credit for which it was first intended.
